* NJ Wildcats does not allow our coaches or trainers to solicit our families, parents, kids, or teams to do clinics or private training either indirectly, directly, via email, etc.  That includes if parents or players come to you.  Tell them to contact olsaNJWC@aol.com to set it up and let us know they will be.  If you would like to do clinics with our families, parents, kids, or teams they must be approved by the Director of Coaching and Advisory/Executive Board.  Furthermore, once approved they can only be done at our approved NJ Wildcats locations.  Coaches/trainers setting up any of this independently will result in that coach/trainers immediate removal from our organization.  We have already parted ways with other coaches several times in the past for this behavior.  We have no issues with anyone starting their own business and we support them on doing that, however, we are a business and we cannot have our own coaches/trainers competing with us.  Feel free to enter your proposals for future clinics with our families, parents, kids, or teams to olsaNJWC@aol.com at anytime.  Thank you.
